Tax Imports

Has anyone ever thought of taxing the sea containers that are coming in and out of Illinois every day.Just a thought. They are being trucked everywhere, our roads are suffering. These are all imports and exports going or coming from all over the US. If Illinois is going to be used as a hub then we should be getting our costs at least covered.
