Sell State Parking Lots

The State could sell all its parking lots to the private sector through a bidding process. Then these private owners could set their own rates for parking. This would add to the property tax base and help more government employees use public transportation.
2. The state could put tolls on the busiest roads to raise funds to repair and improve the roads. At the same time it could reduce the gas tax.
3. The state should put everyone who has a pension into a 401k type retirement account.
