1- Basic office construction, & factory training starting in high schools. 2- Computers for all all grade & high school kids, 3- Use CD's not books. CD's can be updated from the internet, use it.
4- Cut school costs, home school most subjects, using CD's.
Kids could move at thier own pace, summer or winter.
