Pass a Capital Funding Program

Please pass a capital funding program that includes Public transportation improvement and expansion along with bridge maintenance and repair. These issues go hand in hand with maintaining out state's infrastructure and reducing pollution and traffic congestion. Without public transportation, No one would be able to get to work due to the large gridlock on the Highways around the state.
