No New Cole Hall

Do not spend $40M to build a replacement for Cole Hall on the NIU campus. This building, combined with a privately funded Memorial Garden, would be a better memorial than the Governor's idea. Use the $40 in the new "Build Illinois" plan you will pass this year.
