Education Vouchers and Spending Cuts

Education :give vouchers. foster k through 12. it will reduce cost and improve quality of education.
Reduce debt:especially in pension areas.review expenditures from
past past programs. we can't afford everthing.
Pork barrel spending : eliminate this spending. it is only used to keep incumbents in office.
Illegal immigrants:eliminate the social services to them. they won't come to illinois. other states have successfully done this.
