Don't Raise Taxes, Cut the Waste

Raising taxes will not solve Illinois’ problems, it will make them worse.

Raising taxes would not teach any fiscal responsibility. Cut out the waste and corruption before even considering a tax increase. We rank in the bottom ten for least business friendly states. If Illinois were more business friendly, more businesses would want to move here. More business means more jobs and more revenue. Case in point: American Honda recently chose Indiana over us for the location of their new auto assembly plant.
