Allow People to Carry a Concelled Weapon

I would like to see Illinois join the rest of the country, and provide the people of the state with right to carry a concelled weapon. We have the second amendment right. And we are tired of our representatives not listening to us. Criminals carry guns without a law. The honest person should also be allowed to carry, but legally and under under right of the second ammendment. Guns don't kill people, criminals kill people.
